For a suitcase between check-out and your next train, first compare your hotel with a staffed station counter. Choose a self-service locker only after checking that your bag fits and that you can retrieve it at the required time. A station name alone is not a location: a counter, a locker bank and the rail terminal can be in different parts of the complex.
This guide concentrates on Seoul station-area storage and the T-luggage operator’s published information. It does not claim that every Korean station has the same lockers, payment system or price. Sources and public pages were checked on September 7, 2026; no bag was physically deposited.
Start with the retrieval deadline
- Returning to the same hotel: ask whether it will hold your bag after check-out, whether there is a charge, and the latest collection time.
- Leaving from another station: put storage on the route to that departure, rather than choosing the closest counter to your morning activity.
- Collecting late: confirm access to the counter or station itself. A booking that charges for 24 hours does not necessarily give you access at 02:00.
- Travelling with a large case: measure the bag including protruding wheels and handles. Locker dimensions and a staffed counter’s size category are different checks.
T-luggage: published four-hour starting prices
The operator’s main site currently shows the following starting prices. Use the final quotation for your selected branch and time; the labels on older pages differ. Operator’s price section.

The same page lists an additional ₩1,000 per hour. At the published starting tariff, a large bag for six hours would be ₩8,000 on a weekday or ₩11,000 on a weekend: four-hour price plus two additional hours. This is our calculation, not a reserved quote. At an exact size boundary such as 23 inches, let the counter classify the bag before paying.

Open the branch descriptions and show the station name plus “또타러기지” to staff if you cannot find the counter. These are published wayfinding references, not a guarantee that a particular entrance is open.
An important discrepancy in the operator’s own pages
During this check, the main site’s branch descriptions showed 09:00–22:00, while its reservation text said collection from 10:00–22:00. An older /luggage page showed different prices and a 21:00 closing time. We could not establish a reliable 09:00 opening for every branch from those conflicting pages.
For an arrival before 10:00, contact the operator at the number on its current homepage, 1877-1265, or arrange hotel storage first. Do not schedule a tight collection at closing time. Use the booking confirmation or direct branch confirmation for your chosen date rather than an old search-result price.
Before you leave the bag
- Ask for the total cost using the actual drop-off and collection times.
- Confirm the bag’s size class and any weekend supplement.
- Keep your passport, medication, cash and essential electronics with you.
- Save the receipt or claim reference and a photo of the counter/locker number.
- Write down the collection deadline and how to contact staff if your train is delayed.
For a self-service locker, check the displayed size, tariff, payment methods and retrieval instructions before closing the door. Do not assume every machine takes foreign cards or accepts a foreign telephone number. If the screen requires a method you cannot use, choose a staffed counter or another confirmed option before placing the bag inside.
Choose storage or delivery by your next stop
Storage works when you will return to the same place. Delivery only helps if the receiving location and arrival deadline match your plans. Keep a change of clothes and essential items with you if the bag will arrive separately.
